About This Event

Get ready for the four electrifying Friday Evenings in October as St Michael and All Angels celebrate Black History Month with the theme: “RECLAIMING THE NARRATIVES”. Join in stimulating conversations and entertainment as we listen and challenge the narratives. Come and be entertained by up-and-coming local artists, and indulge in delicious bush tea, mouth-watering cake, and scrumptious food and drinks. 

4th October -Stereotypes about black women: Hosted by Sheba Montserrat.

11th October -  Stereotypes about the Black community: Hosted by The Revd Natasha Beckles.

18th October - Stereotypes about Black men: Hosted by Rudi Lickwood.

25th October - Stereotypes about Black Youth: Hosted by Ibs Sesay.
