About This Event

In response to our new exhibition Rotimi Fani-Kayode: The Studio – Staging Desire, artist Alexander Ikhide will lead a workshop expanding on the possibilities of self-expression. Ikhide’s mixed media works explore the body, identity and the unconscious through abstract expressionism and symbolism.

Surrounded by the exhibition, you'll draw inspiration from Fani-Kayode's work to create a surreal and symbolic self portrait that connects with spirituality and desire. Participants will also get an exclusive look at photographs by Fani-Kayode in Autograph's collection, which are not included in the exhibition. You can book your place by visiting: https://autograph.org.uk/events/collage-workshop-reimagining-self?mc_cid=4f620f04ed&mc_eid=a2a2269c07

The ticket price for this event is £8. Autograph events are popular, so it is advised to book in advance. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If this ticket price is unaffordable for you please get in touch with Harriet at harriet@autograph-abp.co.uk about free ticketing options.
