Saturday 13 September, 11am-4pm
Saturday 20 September, 11am-4pm
Saturday 27 September, 11am-4pm; followed by a community fashion show, 6-9pm
At these workshops, you will have the opportunity to repair, mend and upcycle your clothes and fabrics. There will be talks on the philosophy of objects & importance of repair.
You can attend one, two or three workshops. They are all free. We expect around 10-20 people at each.
We will have two sewing machines available to use, and two facilitators to support you in your project.
What we won't do: zips, too many buttons, materials that require specialist treatment like leather, PVC.
