Abney Park History Tour
Come along to Abney park to enjoy a tour at one of London's Magnificent Seven cemeteries.
About This Event
The "middle child" of London's Magnificent Seven cemeteries, Abney Park has traditionally been the final resting place of choice for rebellious, radical and dissenting Londoners. Our general history tour quietly celebrates that spirit in this wonderful community-focused green space. This tour will focus on Abney Park's uniqueness – from its diverse permanent residents to the striking funerary architecture, as well as its historic dual function as both burial ground and arboretum since it opened in 1840. This is a fee paying event. Concession tickets are £5. You can book your ticket by visiting here: https://www.tickettailor.com/events/abneyparktrust/1880491
