About This Event
This December we will be performing Dvorak's "The Spectre's Bride", recently performed in the inaugural concert of the Royal Opera's new conductor Jacob Hrusa and described there as a rarely performed cantata. Its title in Czech can be translated as "The wedding shirts" and it sets to music a story of a ghost returning to his betrothed.
