Abney Park Chapel Open Mornings
Join us for an opportunity to view inside the newly restored Abney Park Chapel on the first Sunday of every month from 11.00 am - 1.00 pm.
About This Event
Abney Park Trust will host a 30-minute talk at 12.00 pm, giving you an insight into the Chapel’s history and the opportunity to ask questions. We would like to gather stories from local people about their memories of the Chapel - come and share yours with us. Information about Abney Park Trust will be available, including a wide range of volunteering opportunities.
This event is free - donations to support the work of Abney Park Trust are welcome.
Accessibility Information
There is ramp access at the Church Street entrance and level access at the Stoke Newington High Street entrance. The ground floor of the Chapel is fully accessible and there are accessible toilets available onsite. Because Abney can get quite muddy in winter, we would request no dogs in the chapel except service dogs on leads, Toilets and baby changing facilities available.
