Repair Drop-Off at Hackney Fixing Factory
Got a broken household electrical item? Bring it along to your local Fixing Factory, where skilled local volunteers will try to repair it as part of their mission to minimise e-waste and continue to develop their repair knowledge and skills.
About This Event
This service is a supplement to our free Community Repair sessions each Saturday. Repair Drop-Offs are perfect for you if you don't have time to wait around or can't attend on Saturdays.
Items can be dropped off on Wednesdays 1pm-4pm and Saturdays 12:30pm-2:30pm.

Please note: a non-refundable £10 is required to fix your item. If parts are required we will liaise with you about proceeding with the fix and sourcing these. Cost of any parts would be additional to the repair drop off fee. We ask for 4 - 8 weeks to process your item (dependent on the item). In order to repair an item legally, we need to check that it has a CE or UKCA mark on the body of the item. To avoid disappointment, please check that your item carries this marking before bringing it along.
