About This Event
Join Diabetes Lay Educators on this low to vigorous walk. This walk will take place every Monday. No walking sessions will take place between 13th December 2024 - 13th January 2025
The meeting point is Homerton University Hospital, Hackney Diabetes Centre, Homerton Row, E9 6SR.
